2019 Drumstick Dash – Union Mission

Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 28th at 9:00 am at Haddad Riverfront Park on Kanawha Boulevard. “Shuffle your feet so others can eat”.
Join us at the starting line of our 8th annual Drumstick Dash when hundreds of people will run/walk the Kanawha Boulevard in Charleston, West Virginia. It is sure to get you in a thankful mood as you team up with Union Mission to help those in need throughout our area. This is family event so bring the kids!
Race day registration and race packet pick up will be at Haddad Riverfront Park from 7:30 – 8:55 am.
We encourage every participant to bring as many cans of food items as you can!
Age Groups: 10 and under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and up. Awards: Awards to top 3 male and female runner overall, awards to top male and female in each category. Prizes also for the First 10 people in costume to show up at the prize tent. Walkers Welcome! Your Race, Your Pace!
Packet pickup: Wednesday, November 27th from 2-6 PM at Charleston Municipal Auditorium lobby! Highly recommended so you won’t have to stand in line on race morning! You can also register for the race at the packet pickup for $30. Race day registration cost will be $35.

Parking – Shanklin parking building will be open – FREE parking. May park on any side streets (except for Court Street – this is for police cars only).
